We want you to be 100% satisfied rocking our gear and we’re going to do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. If it turns out what you purchased from www.JunxClothing.com isn’t quite right, simply send it back within 30 days of purchase for an easy exchange or refund. Junx Clothing Co. is not able to accept merchandise obtained from a retailer or website other than www.JunxClothing.com To return item(s) purchased at another store or website, please return the product to the retail location or website where it was purchased from.

Step 1
Junx Clothing Co. accepts returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove the item(s) hang tag. We only accept returns and exchanges if item is unworn and is in “as-sold” condition: Items returned in such unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser’s expense or discarded, at purchaser’s option.

  • Item’s hang tag has not been removed or tampered with
  • Item is unworn
  • Item is unwashed
  • Item is free of any odors
  • Item is in original condition and packaging
  • Item was damaged in transit

Step 2

  • If your item(s) comply with the above then the next step is to include a legible written note or letter containing the following information:
  • Your full name, shipping address and primary email address
  • Your primary phone number, in case we need to contact you
  • A list of item(s) and why you are returning the item(s) (for example: wrong size, wrong product, didn’t like color, damaged in transit, etc.)
  • List if you are requesting an exchange or a refund
  • If an exchange is requested, list the item (of equal value) you would like to replace the returned item with. Please refer to our website for item name, color and size and then list the item’s full product name, color and size of your choosing
  • *Note or letter MUST be included for exchange or refunded to be honored

 Step 3
Once that has been completed, take that note or letter along with the packing slip and item(s) you are returning and place them in a shipping package similar to the package your item was shipped to you in (you may wish to ask your shipping carrier if you are able to reuse the package that you received your original item in). We ask that you return all hats in box; all decals in a hard stay flat envelope; and all shirts in a puncture proof poly plastic shipping envelope/bag to help keep the returned item(s) safe in transit.

 Step 4
We apologize, but shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping but we will ship any exchanged item(s) to you free of charge (international orders are not eligible for free returns). All returned item(s) must be shipped using a service that tracks packages such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

After you shipped out the returning item(s) send us a quick email letting us know you are returning an item(s) so we can keep a look out for your package. Please email us at: JunxClothing@gmail.com

 Step 5
Once we receive your package our team will verify its contents and inspect the item(s) to ensure it is unworn and in its original condition with hang tags still attached. If you requested an exchange we will ship out the new item via ground shipping upon processing of the returned item(s) and verify content complies with our returns and exchanges policy. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your exchange.
If a refund is requested your credit or debit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s) and verify content complies with our returns and exchanges policy. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email notification when we have finished processing your refund.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your exchange or refund.
